2. User-Generated Content & Input Data

• Includes sexual content involving minors.
• Impersonates others or spreads misinformation.

3. AI-Generated Content Disclaimers

• AI output may contain errors, inaccuracies, or bias.
• VidForge AI makes no guarantees about the quality, accuracy, or suitability of any generated content.
• You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all output before using or sharing it.
• Copyright in AI-generated content is uncertain; users should check local laws.

4. Intellectual Property

VidForge AI owns all rights in the Services themselves, including software, AI models, design, graphics, and trademarks. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Services without written permission.

5. Subscriptions, Billing, and Credits

5.1 Subscription Plans

Some features require a paid subscription, with allocated credits for generating content. Details are available on our website.

5.2 Billing and Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled. You authorize us to charge your payment method via our payment processor.

5.3 No Refunds

All payments for subscriptions and credits are non-refundable. Cancellation ends your subscription at the end of the current billing period.

5.4 Credit System

Credits are used for generating content. Unused credits do not roll over unless stated in your plan. We only keep the following user metadata: Firebase ID, Stripe customer ID, and email. This is used solely for internal system management.

6. International Transfers and Third-Party Services

Your data may be transferred outside the UK/EEA to service providers including Firebase, Stripe, AWS, Google AI, and Modal. We use legal safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses. Third parties may process your data according to their own terms. VidForge AI is not responsible for third-party outages.

7. Children and Minors

Our Services are not for individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

8. Fair Use & Rate Limits

You must not overload the system, automate requests, bypass credit limits, or misuse the Services. Abusive usage may result in suspension.

9. Service Changes & Downtime

We may update, remove, or pause features for maintenance or improvement. We are not liable for downtime, interruptions, or feature changes.

10. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for violation of Terms or illegal activity. You may delete your account at any time.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be resolved in courts of England and Wales.
